While doing the sawm, you may not eat, drink, have sex, masturbate during the day for a month. Alcohol is totally forbidden in Islam. You must know that.

There is supposed to be a Hadith that says that most fasting Muslims have no more than hungry bellies to gain from their fast.
Your cousin may be alcoholic and therefore a glutton and, like most Muslims today, want to join the millions of fake Muslims who fast in Ramadan only to show off that they belong to a group, but Allah is One, and you cannot fool around with Allah.
Allah is the name of the Only True God and god is not the translation of Allah. Fake Muslims use God only to show some kind of solidarity with Christians, which also shows defiance of Allah.
You seem to be just as astray as your cousin into thinking that you can make a mockery of Allah and get away with it.
Ramadan is the month of the Quran and if the rules of the Quran are rejected for the fast, then you and your cousin and millions of Muslims are wasting your time.

God accept is even before the start of the Ramadan. it is a good think to do she cleans her body from the poison and her soul will be clean tell her not to eat to much, and drink allot before the fest time she will be like new born. this year the fasting time for Muslims and Jews at the same time, they start also fasting, and lets hope that this co incident brings tow very smiler religions to gather, my prayers are with you and I hope you will all pray for me and for the piece in the world.
PS don't listen to the idiots, and remember that God has his own ways of accepting the prayers and fasting is not for God it is for the human being and it is in lots of religion including Islam Judaism, and Christianity, and it has different purposes, to clean the body by not eating to much
and getting near to God in the speretuality because we know by eating little the spirit grows, and understanding the Hunger and the people how have little or nothing and share with them what you have, so as you can see it is not for God that in the religions you out to fact it is for your self, and drinking to much or regularly is newer healthy.

First, look at taqwa. What is it? Literally it means saving ourselves from harm. In moral life, therefore, taqwa must primarily mean. firstly, accepting that some actions and beliefs are harmful, that is to say, right and wrong do exist, and secondly, having the resolve and will to avoid the wrong and do the right. As a consequence, thirdly, his conduct should reflect this consciousness and resolve,
Obedience, let there be no misunderstanding. is not limited to mere outward conformity with the letter of law. The law must be observed, but evil, in all its forms, must be eschewed. lbn Maja the great Hadith scholar, reports that the Prophet said: When the month of Ramadan arrives, the gates of Paradise are flung open while those of Hell are closed. All the shayatin (satans) are put in chains and a herald cries out. 'O you who seek good come here and those who desire evil desist'.
Imam Bukhari, the most renowned Hadith scholar narrates: Eyes should refrain from seeing evil, ears from hearing evil, heart from reflecting evil, tongue from speaking evil. The Prophet said: ‘One who does not give up speaking false words and acting by them is not required by God that he give up only his food and drink.’ On another occasion he said: ‘Many are the observers of fast who gain nothing from their fast but hunger and thirst’ (Darimi).

she should repent. It not limit time in repent. she should back to the Greatest and swear that she will not touch it back. If she is alcoholic, maybe it will be her challenge. she should be strong to be a good person back. Allah is kindful. He always accept the repent from His people.
Good luck & enjoy ur Ramadhan
