Well, doing anything for a long period of time can cause cancer. I'm not talking exercise, I'm talking eating nothing but corn, or something like that.
For example: if a person is exposed to cigarette smoke for a long enough period of time, they can become addicted to nicotine even though they have never done it.
But, I haven't answered your question.
And, actually, there are MANY different types of lung cancer.
BUT, again, I have yet to answer your question.
None.
Unless a lung collapses and while reinflating your lung, they over fill it, and it bursts, filling all the surrounding blood vessels and capillaries with cancers, as well. And then, it's just lung cancer in another part of your body.

Cigarette smoking accounts for at least 30% of all cancer deaths. It is a major cause of cancers of the lung, larynx (voice box), oral cavity, pharynx (throat), and esophagus, and is a contributing cause in the development of cancers of the bladder, pancreas, cervix, kidney, stomach, and some leukemias.

Thats not known for sure. What is known is that there are 4000 chemicals and 400 gasses given off when a cigarette is puffed. One of them is radioactive plutonium! So your guess is as good as mine, but it isnt good to smoke at all.

Mouth and esophageal cancer for starters. But the carcinogens are a risk-factor in just about every kind of cancer you care to name, as well as a leading risk-factor for heart disease.
