Freeze the fruit you want to use, then add juice and yogurt. Frozen Bananas work well but mangoes are almost as good. Then blend it fo about a minute or until liquid is frothy. It will be good.

the key to good smoothie is the sugar you need to go to the store and but some TURBANADO it is a raw unrefined sugar it is brown in color and has large crystals this sugar is a tad bit healthier then regular but if you use this it seems to bring the flavor of the fruits out so you could mix any of them and make a good smoothie but lemons, apples, and watermelon don't make good smoothies I'm not sure about pomergranite and rockmelon but any of the others will work you need some strawberries though they will mix good with the kiwi and the orange and throw in some yogurt if you like only fill your blender cup after the fruit is in the bottom of course but fill the rest with ice to the handle you don't want to much ice and if you have sold ice break it in chucks hollow ice works the best for blending good luck

Hawaiian Smoothies:

1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 cups coconut sorbet or ice cream
1/2 cup pineapple juice, chilled
2 large bananas (about 1 lb. total)
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut

In a blender, whirl yogurt, sorbet, pineapple juice, bananas, coconut flakes, and 1 cup crushed ice until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Yield: Makes Four 8-ounce smoothies

It sounds like you already have a handle on healthy foods. Try 600ml milk, watermelon, passionfruit, and a couple of good dobs of yoghurt. Mix it and enjoy.

another recipe for a less thick drink is watermelon in the blender, til slush, then top off w/a good brand of mineral water in a tallboy glass. Works w/cantelope also.

you can freeze the kiwi and watermelon and then add them to the blender, will make it slushie, add the yogurt of tropical and vanilla ice cream, if you have a little honey that will add sweetness. Blend.
