ughhh idk how to spell it but ive been expereminting with it and i dont really see any changes n my weight and ive almost been doin it for a week now. when does it get too far. what are some bad things about it besides improper nutrition. is there anyway to keep it healthy or atleast not bad for u? im gunna try to stop cuz i think my mom is noticin and its not really helpin me any. im only 12 and im a vegetarian so im not gettin enough nutrition to mature properly. my throat is sore after i do it. its just not really working out but its like an addiction. i used to be a little heavy and then 2 years ago i grew and got slimmer and i wanted more. this summer i started eatin healthier but now that school has started i dont eat lunch usually so i feel liek a pig when i eat but i dont think im fat and its my sister that really drives me into these retarded things but im gunna get over it. this isnt the first time one of these things have come on. thnx.
