The carbs like bread, pasta, and cereals it causing to gain weight because I'm not active enough in the day or night. I basically sleep and eat. I want to give up carbs because I worry about them too much and weight problems. I rather eat fruit, veggies, and protein and cut carbs.

Get a stationary bike and use it in the garage when it's raining out. If you don't have one look at the Salvation army or other thrift stores...not all that expensive...............

well get that well balanced diet first of all.. here's a reference in simple terms www.myfoodpyramid.gov

and toe touches... wash dishes, do chores... clean the house... sit ups... vacuum those floors... get an exercycle!

jump rope...

carbs are good just moderate them a bit since you're not exerting yourself.. carbs are necessary just if you're not active and burning energy they'll store themselves.. that's all.

drink more water too..
and that well balanced idea is a good idea actually...

you will get more energy with fruits and veggies... and it will help break down those fats and carbs that are storing up in your system due to the lack of variable activity.

but get active.. you got to.. your body is a car... give it good fuel so it don't backfire and stomp on that accelerator at times.

moderate exercise is all you really need actually...

but it's good to sweat it out too, get those toxins washed out of your system and increase the fiber, get those bowels moving also!

being dormant makes the colon chug down and constipation will happen.

Jog in place unless you have a treadmill. If you have stairs, at the bottom step go up one step, then down, then up, then down. This is a great workout. Itll get your heart rate up, really work your legs and all around a great exercise.

Do pushups and situps during the commercials on TV. Do as many as you can during the commercials and don't stop trying to do more until the show comes back on.
