There is this guy at school that I like a lot. We've been talking for a while. He's sweet and funny, but he's a little shy. How can I tell him that I like him without scaring him away? I'm really not good at this relationship stuff. Help, please?

sometime that smileing face can fool you. Some people hide behind that sweet smileing face until you get to no them and then you will see the realy them.Well your thinking about a boy friend and girl friend thing .ok open your mouth and let the words come out .just tell him how you feel about him. and good luck with that. and I hope everything work out for you and this special young man good luck

Approach him slowly. If you've been talking a while that's a good start. Try some very light flirting and see how he reacts. Simple things like tossing your hair, a quick hug (friendly at first to make sure you aren't too aggressive and don't scare him). If those go well, then just bring it up in a frank manner. Or you could try a what-if conversation. If you see something in a magazine or movie, you could say "I wonder what would happen..." and bring the two of you into it.

Just go up and tell him that u like him and u wanna go out, tell him if he needs sometime to think about it then let him. Just dont be nervous cause guys r humans too just like girls, You shouldnt be nervouse around him, and if he says no just move on, There are plenty more out there. Good Luck!

u wont scare him away....if he's shy dont corner him or he'll be uncomfortable....just ask him if u can talk to him and tell him that u like him and ask him if he likes u too....if he's shy and been talking to u for a while then most likely he does like u so just go for it.

Scaring him? Most guys would be flattered. Scared is just another way of a guy saying I don't like you back.
