Depends.
With meat, white meat is around any area that is built for quick movement. Thus, in a chicken, it's around the breast, where the chicken's heart moves fast, fluttery, and quick.
Dark meat is around areas used for endurance, like the legs, wings, etc.
I have heard that most of a human being's body is more or less dark meat, unless there's alot of extra fat, which is gross thinking about eating anyways. Seems I heard we do taste kinda like chicken. Or maybe it was Pork.
Assuming this Steve guy is human. Who is he?
