Some Pro Amnesty people do believe that -you can see it on the board. They feel it is against certain people. I feel they are not looking at the results of a flood coming in in a illegal not orderly way. It has created problems. If they don't face the problems there will be resentment by some. Is it racist for most---No not against the people--against their actions. We have to take care of the people here-that is only right. If we didn't we would be just like some other countries who do not.
If those problems that were caused were faced and solved -I doubt we would be having this discussion.

Because the ones who don't want illegals tend to be conservative, and conservatives play the "you hate America" guilt trip tactic when people question Bush.
Here is were the conservatives guilt trip tactic came from.
Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."
-- Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials
You see paybacks are a *****.

What I would like to ask all of you who are just so "Pro illegal" is (and please keep this in mind that I do understand that some of these countries where immigrants are illegally coming from are horrible to live in and they only want a better life for themselves. None the less there are legal channels to go through to be here legally) Are you also supportive of crimes such as murder and rape for example? That too is illegal. With all the damn illegals coming over here and trying to take over arent our borders "being raped"?

Give her a break, we all know she meant won't support them. Maybe she couldn't take typing because she had to take a Spanish class.
As far as the Mexicans being the major race talked about when talking about illegals, its because they are the by far the largest number of illegals.
You are called racist because it is the quickest way to silence you. Just like calling someone unpatriotic because he disagrees with President Bush.

hmmmmmm............ i dont exactly understand the question, but it is a good time to share my veiws........ I personnally do NOT support illigle immigrents. I think that if someone really wants to come to our country, they should work for it. Other than that, they hop in trucks, come over here, and take our jobs, they dont pay taxes, and get free healthcare. And even worse, WE have to learn their language so that THEY can understand US.

Are you White? If you were a minority, (not counting being a woman but a minority due to being non-white), you would understand why that is the first assumption they think that you are being racist.
Why don't you come up with a new word that means the same as racist.

This is not about race. It is about border security. Educated people would be more worried about the OTMs crossing our unsecure border

You mean "won't support them?" I support every American taking advantage of our educational system supported by our tax dollars. Ever heard of syntax or grammar?
