im a 24 male living with my husband thats 36 yrs old. We love each other and have been going to church together for many years.

3 years ago I invited the lord Jesus Christ in to my life and he accepted me the way I am and hes ok with my lifestyle. He lets me know that it is how I was born and he loves me for finding my identity. I am a saved gay christian and I want all Gay people out there to know that God Loves you and you can be saved even if you are gay because it is a lifestyle that God has pre planned for us.

My husband and I will adopt a child this year. We already started the paperwork. We are so happy and with The lords blessings our relationship has gone stronger. Praise Jesus

My husbands got to wake up early tomorrow so we have to go to bed in 1 hour so God Bless you all and may jesus enter everyones heart.

Im proud to be a saved Christian

Scripture forbids homosexuality:
Mt 19:4-6
Rom 1:26, 27
1 Cor 6:9
1 Tm 1:10

I would suggest a lot of prayer for God to come into your heart and help you with this. God loves you!

God always loves the sinner. But He wants more for you. He didn't just die on the Cross to have you stick one foot in the door. Stop avoiding the obvious. You that you are steeped in a sinful relationship and that sin separates us from God.Not His choice, but yours. God did not make you a sinner. Maybe you were born with a homosexual orientation. Heterosexual men have attractions for women, that doesn't mean it is right to have sex with anyone he is attracted to. All I can say is that thousands have overcome the temptations that you struggle with and have been freed from this bondage. You can too. Give it to Jesus tonight. It won't be easy, but it will bring freedom. God bless.

I just read through the questions you've asked on Y!A recently. The scenario you described is frequently the case (I've known several Gay Christians and have referred several people here to MCC and to accepting mainline denominations).

However, your track record makes it strongly appear like this question is bogus. At least for you. I think you're among the freethinkers (like me), but you've turned to deceit to make a point. Please delete the question. You're hurting the cause and bringing disrepute on yourself.

FOR EVERYONE ELSE:

I "messengered" AST to ask about this question. Here is the transcript of our conversation:

NHBaritone: Why are you leaving a deceptive question about your lifestyle on Y!A?
ast5792: excuse me?
ast5792: how do you leave a question?
NHBaritone: The question about being a Christian Gay Couple goes counter to 300 questions you've aseked before now
ast5792: So in all my question sI have to state I am a gay christian?
NHBaritone: Your questions sound neither Christian nor Gay. You have a fair amount of scorn for Christianity, which I share, but your being deceitful.
ast5792: So how is that hurting you?
NHBaritone: If you're being untruthful, and you are a free thinker, you're putting the rest of us in a bad light.
ast5792: I am making a point. Christians have always attacked peoples happiness.
NHBaritone: Other people are figuring it out. One woman says she knows you're Muslim.
ast5792: I am a very intelligent person. I say that so you understand that If I can change one rotten person then I have conceived victory. Christians make other people feel inferior . It is wrong
NHBaritone: Look. I'm a gay man. My partner of 11 years ago died of cancer. I grew up the son of a Methodist minister. Don't do us any favors. We can handle things ourselves honestly. You're only handing out lies. The ends do NOT justify the means.
ast5792: yes it does. I am on yourside. Sometimes you have to resort to unconventional methods to stop bigotry
NHBaritone: I'm ashamed to have you on my side.
NHBaritone: Goodnight.
ast5792: nighty
ast5792: are you the pitcher or the receiver?
ast5792: f*gg*t [cleaned up for public consumption]
NHBaritone: My side, huh.

I'm glad you are saved and I hope all works out for you with the adoption thing, as well as the marriage. I am Christian and of course am skeptical of God's happiness with your lifestyle, but that will be for you and Him to discuss on the day of judgement and I cannot be the one to say you are going to burn in hell for it. Who knows?

If you're proud to be a saved Christian, then doens't that imply some degree of bigotry against those who aren't?

Pot, meet kettle.

As a recount of one of your earlier questions...........
You said.....
If Jesus Christ really returns to earth physically, Can People and I take him to court and sue him?

Like parents of dead children, people dying of terminal disease, poor people that never had a prayer answered, saved people that were lied to by jesus which caused damage.

CAN JESUS UPON HIS RETURN BE SERVED WITH A LAW SUIT for his crimes against humanity?

Now your telling us that your proud to be a saved Christian.....

Friend you need to grow up and find other ways to get attention.... remember God will not be mocked.... you reap as you sow..... and your treading on some dangerous ground.

God keep you and teach you

In your heart, deep down inside- you know what is right and what is wrong. This is the issue here. To assume that our actions are without results/consequences reveals a lack of understanding and that of an open mind as well.
If you feal that your eternal existence after death is worth taking a chance with....GOD HELP YOU.
literally.
*the bible says that those that love death HATE GOD.
Jesus created procreation to continue the human race. So logical thinking alone-would arrive you to an understanding that ZERO PROCREATION= DEATH within a 100 years basically, for all of mankind.

So the question you need to reask yourself is... who is really behind the "idea" of same sex union?

One thing to think about.
If you are right?.......nothing happens.
If you are wrong! ETERNITY IS 4FOREVER.

I'm glad you decided to adopt a child. There are too many kids out there who need a loving home. I wish you both good luck on that.

That said, to answer the question: No idea why bigots can't back off. I can't look into their heads, I just know there are too many insanely silly people out there.
