Depends on what you want to use the headers for. The stainless headers are definately good as they will not rust and most 100% stainless like borla have a lifetime warranty. Now the ceramic coating can be applied to any header so you can actually have a ceramic coated stainless steel header. The ceramic coating is great at dissapating heat. I have raced cars for about 18 years now and the ceramic coating is excellent at getting rid of heat fast. Good enough that after 30minutes of racing i can pit and in only a matter of a minute or so you can touch the header without getting burnt.

So the question is do you want your header to look pretty then get stainless if you want a little performance gain with those stainless headers get the ceramic coating which looks like a dull flat grey paint (not too attractive)
