Every recipe I have found calls for cake flour, and I cant get to the store to get any. Does anybody know a recipe where I can use just regular flour?

Make your own - one cup sifted cake flour can be substituted with 3/4 cup (84 grams) sifted bleached all-purpose flour plus 2 tablespoons (15 grams) cornstarch.

You can use regular flour for a cake. Cake flour is normally lighter or fluffier than regular flour. Just shift the flour and proceed with recipe.

All purpose works just as well. I think it is just a little heavier than cake flour. Do as some have suggested and use the corn starch with the regular flour.

Yes, this will work. Cake flour is hard to find, and changes the texture a bit. All-purpose will be fine.

Flours are different. The higher the cost usually means higher flour quality. You get to decide what to buy!

Use 2 tablespoons per cup less. It will taste the same, but have a slightly different texture. It will be ok for an everyday cake, but don't go make a wedding cake.
