Try, full-tilt and poker-stars, they have all kinds of action all day long. I like to play sit-n-gos on-line, but in a casino i would recommend buying in for more then 10 bucks. But with so many web-sites to choose from you shouldn't have a hard time finding a good tournament that fits you. I love sit n gos on-line because there is no waiting around for the start time, as soon as the table is full you go.

Tony G's new site is running a lot of low entry fee money added tournaments. Their 5 dollar tournament will have a TON of overlay and can help clear their big 400 dollar bonus.
