Well, if you have ragu to add to it, You could easily make spaghetti bolognese!
2 tablespoons olive oil
18 ounces meat loaf mix or 6 ounces each lean ground beef, lean ground veal, and lean ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup coarsely chopped carrot
1/3 cup coarsely chopped celery
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup red wine
2 14 1/2-ounce cans diced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, basil, and olive oil in juice
1/3 cup half and half
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
1 pound spaghetti
Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oil in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add meat, onion, carrot, celery, and garlic; sauté until meat begins to brown, about 8 minutes. Add wine and cook until wine evaporates, stirring often, about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes with juices, half and half, and oregano. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, about 25 minutes. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain and divide among 4 plates. Spoon sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
You could substitute whatever you don't have and it will still work out fine. It is only the taste preferences that truly matter.
I hope that helps!

well, you cook the ground beef in a frying pan, and then boil water and cook the pasta. when done, drain the pasta, and let both cool for a short while (10-15 minutes). in a glass oven-safe pan, mix the ragu, pasta, and ground beef. cook at 350 for 45 minutes. At 45 minutes, take it out and sprinkle the cheese across the top. Now, change your oven setting to broil, and this will melt and brown the cheese. Do this 15 minutes and take it out and cool. You now have a great baked ziti, already in a pan, and just cover it with saran wrap or aluminum foil, and take it to the picnic. People will love it!

An all in one meal, with ground beef, noodles, and bell peppers.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 pound ground round or chuck
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 cup thinly sliced celery, about 3 ribs
* 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, undrained
* 1 can (about 10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
* 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 small jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
* 1 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 cups uncooked noodles, about 4 ounces
PREPARATION:
Directions for skillet beef and noodles
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef, onion, and sliced celery until the meat is no longer pink. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in the mushroom pieces with liquid, cream of mushroom soup, bell pepper, pimientos, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and noodles.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add a little more water to beef noodle mixture during cooking, if necessary.
Beef noodle recipe serves 4.

Sounds to me like you have the ingredients for goulash. What type of pasta do you have? Goulash works best with macaroni. It is a cassarole. You could add some canned tomatoes and garlic and onion if you wish. Enjoy.

Its simple really. Make a baked spaghetti. Make spaghetti as normal, mix with sauce, put into casserole dish, cover with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is golden brown and serve.
