Are you talking about since the year 2000 or later? 50 percent of home owners have lost their homes due to new laws and the new administration. How about wages? Our kids can barely if at all afford college. The kids with college and part time jobs---minumum wage--what 5.25??? It was 2.35 in 1976. We are 30 years later. How much has the wage of congressmen gone up?
It is not right to view people who live in trailors as trash! At least they can provide a roof over their heads and their childrens!
If you are trying to relieve your concious perhaps check out a shrink-I do not mean that in a bad way.
Homeless people get beat on and abused regularly--it is not good.
I feel for them----and yes I care about animals---but people are more important if not just as important and most people have children with needs. God help the children!

I live in a 29 ft travel trailer year round. I own said trailer therefore I am a home owner and NOT homeless.

Well, in case you haven't noticed, the people that come to the US (legally and illegaly) come here to work, not to depend on the government. They have a strong work ethic and will even do the worst jobs in order to provide for their families.

Actually, I see alot of people who could be illegal begging for money on the streets. They aren't from Mars either.

Well DUUUUUUUU illigal immigrant are here to WORK not be bums as a matter of fact there i probably no bums that are immigrants its probably easier being a bum in their own country

Please note that in order to be homeless you must have no home. "Trailer Trashers" have a home: their trailer.

WELL YA KNOW IF THEY ARE TRAILER TRASH THEN THEY HAVE A TRAILER THEREFORE OWNING OR RENTING A "HOME" DUH. AND SECONDLY ALIENS FROM OUTERSPACE ARE WAY TO SMART TO COME HERE AND LIVE ON OUR STREETS.
