My class is having a crazy hair day, any suggestions where i can find some neon dye that won't dry out my hair and craze it? Any ideas on what else to do besides wearing a wig? It is a disco/crazy hair/pajama day.

ok...this is sooo cool, u look like pippy-long -stocking!!
ok so first u get a metal clothes hanger && bend it so its straight. then put your hair in pig tails that stick straight out of your head. thenbraid the clothes hanger into both of your pigtails so the wire is going across the backof your neck. then your pigtails stick straight out. its way cool!

With all the stores being stocked up on Holloween stuff you should have no problems finding some fun funky colors. I was in the Holloween section today at Wal-Mart and they have tons of spray colors that wash out.
Tease your hair kinda like an 80's do. Tease it and than spray it w/ a firm hold hairspray and than get some of that spray haircolor.

I have a different idea that doesnt involve dying your hair (unless you want to afterwards)and all you need is long hair, a water bottle and a hair scruchie. First you hold the water bottle in the middle of your head and bend down so you hair cover the water bottle.Then get the scrunchie and tie your hair with the top of the water bottle. make sure your hair is covering the whole bottle. now you have a cone head!

I don't know if i would go for a dye. Maybe focus on a rinse if you don't want something permanent. Wigs always work and you can always keep it for holloween thats coming up.

try a conar streaker because the streaks wash out. if u want to dye ur hair just streak all of ur hair and u get different colour streaks with the straeker.

Try Color flirt...it is a mouse, and it will wash out in eight washes...!
it comes in so different colors...and depending on ur natural hair color...the dyes will do some funny things to your hair...

Kool-Aid... ghetto, but i heard it works. I haven't tried it though, so I couldn't give you any feedback.
