my janitor fell the other day at work and wanted me to help him up man i was in a hurry i didnt have time and man hard to tell where his fingers been u blame me

Who cares were his hands had been , if he asked for your help? You should have help him. That would have been the correct thing to do. Now, in the future when you ask for help and no one is there to help you, who would you blame?
There is antiseptic soap that you can get rid of germs...or didn't you know that?

Next time just grab him up by the wrist. Lots of people with gross hands at fast food places have already handled your food, and you survived.
