I don't know. I used to wish I were more like my sister. Or more practical and "neat-freaky."

Now, I guess I want to be a better me. God hasn't worked all the kinks out of me yet. ;o)

I wish I were braver at times, and sometimes I wish I would be more patient.

Though I've made progress in overcoming the pain of my childhood, there are times when I still feel five years old and afraid that everyone is going to know that I'm not good enough and I'm not lovable. Of course, the worst part of that is that it keeps me focused on me, and I'm not as giving in those moments as I would like to be. Hard to put others at ease when you're freaking out.....

I'd like to be free of the past. Me without any vestiges of baggage.

I'm starting to think, though, that the answer may be less that I need to erase that part of myself and more that I need to re-frame it. To be able to use it to help others.

I guess when I figure that out, I'll better know who I want to be?

Mr. Duchovny,
I have a chance at a really great ending. Better than I could even hope for, I wouldn't want to stick my hand into the fray, just so that I could feel good about myself.

I MUST be SOMETHING to God. I don't see it, but I am something to God. I will be patient, though I am drifty, and let God form me into whatever I am becoming.

To me, that's the best I can hope for.

As an essential and perfect part of the whole - how can I possibly wish to be anyone else! ;))

Although within a year every cell in our body is renewed ....and as such, we become new beings!

To find perfect joy and happiness we first have to accept and truly love ourselves just as we are!

There are a lot of people's names I would like to blurt out but the reality is that if I changed anything I might screw it up worse then I did already. If I would of become a Christian sooner I may have turned loose of life in time to stop all the nasty junk I got myself into.

GOD bless ya.

I wish I had stayed in college after high school and I wouldn't be so far behind today. I am a Biochemistry Major and I wish to be a Medical Researcher in Infectious Disease. :) THAT's who I want to be.

I don't wish I could be anyone but me.I'm doing fine so far, but I'd like it if I could be just a little more independent than I am at this point in my existence.

I wouldn't want to be anyone other than myself. I think God did a pretty good job. Of course I'm not perfect, but with the love of Jesus in my life, I will strive to be.
