Okay, do you know what I'm talking about when I say...you've been riding pretty hard and pretty fast for awhile, and then when you get out of the woods into a field or open area, you stop and look around, and everything around looks like it's zooming out really fast? Especially the clouds or the trees?

Man, that's the RUSH you're getting in your blood-----but I suggest you take some supplements before you ride ( KIRKLAND multi-vitamins, some GU gels may help, or bring a Camelbak along --) . Take a DEEP BREATH before pumping and have your blood sugar CHECKED by a health expert.

Go easy on the doobie breaks, they really mess with your bike handling skills. It would be a shame to smack your pretty face against a tree way back there in the woods.

;^)

Just kidding, I know exactly what you're talking about. Cool, huh? Makes you feel so alive.
