FAFSA is the form you fill out. Your college determines what you will get, based on the EFC. My son is in law school, and his EFC comes out to 0 as well, but all this gets him is Federal loans, and not for his whole tuition. The rest he gets from private loans.
I think you have to be destitute to get Pell grants, which, technically, my son is, as a full-time grad student, but I don't think he gets those; he just gets the Perkins loans, and they must be paid back.

FAFSA is just an application form, it covers nothing. However, it is possible that, if you meet all requirements (NOT JUST EFC) a pell grant will be issued to cover the entire cost. However, NEVER count on that. Instead, you need to apply for student loans as well, AND apply for any other financial aid that might be available.

Its possible with a EFC of 0. YOU should check with the University's Fin. Aide office. FAFSA does not cover summer tution.

no. usually fafsa provides $5000 a year; which is prorated to about $2500 a semester.
I used to get fafsa myself and worked for a college where I helped students do the same. My EFC was 0 and thats the amount i got for three years straight.

No! They will prpbably only cover about 25% or below, but call them and they will set up a meeting to talk to them. They can also give you more ideas for other Financial aid.
