Pushups on you fingers and knuckles use some muscles you don't normally use in regular pushups. It will take a while and a lot of practice but you will be able to do them soon enough if you keep at it. You're still growing so you have lots of time to work on it.

Well, you are 12. I remember when I was 12 and it seemed like no matter how many pushups I did, I never really got much stronger. So I do think that your age is more of a factor and no, you are not weak. Those finger pushups are hard to do so I recommend strengthening your fingers by doing finger tip pushups on your knees. When you get better at them, take the knees off the floor and try them.
And don't do pushups and weight lifting 6 days a wekk. That is dumb advice from someone who doesn't really know. Weight lifting will make you stronger but it won't strengthen your fingers to do those pushups!

Do more pushups. Do them every day. If you can't do a regular one then do them "girlie-style" by putting your knees on the ground instead of your toes. Don't be ashamed of doing them this way either. Lots of athletes do regular pushups until they are exhausted and can't do any more and then switch to the girlie style to squeeze out a few more and push their boddies to the limit. That's the best way to see gains. The more you destroy your muscles, the stronger they will be when they build back and recover.

No , it just means that your muscles weren't strong enough yet, you have to build it up.
start out doing regular pushups and try to do 10-15 hard and fast,
also do wide pushups (spreading your arms out wider than shoulder width) and try to do 10-15 more of those.
and work your way up to doing pushups on your knuckles, and try more of working up onto doing pushups on your fingers.
you want to try doing anywhere from 10 to 15 of each tyes of those kinds of pushups to strengthen your muscles for that kind of workout.
the more you do them, the stronger you'll get.
good luck

When i was in Boxing (long time ago) my trainer told me to exhale when your going downward and inhale when your going up that makes the push up very easy but make sure you breath loud and hard, also do as much as you can then stop for a while (e.g ten or fifteen sec) then start again.. Remember do as much as you can for the day..Because later you'll be doing 100 push ups in one breath.

Bencn press and keep doing as many push ups as you can. Rest a litte bit then do as many as you can. Keep doing this untill you can't do anymore. Do this 6 days a week. It will help but you have to keep doing it other wise you won't get the results you want.

Do them in close to your body using your triceps more, this will build the arms and make them easier as time and training goes by.

Keep doing push ups. Do them every day. Lifting weights helps too.
Give it time. Keep practicing.
