All the stores around my house are closed (I live in the middle of nowhere) so I can't buy any meds. All of the meds. I do have are packed (in the middle of moving!! YESSSSSSSS!!!!) and the are on the bottom of the box, and then underneth all the other boxes. So I can't really do those things....

No, you sound fine- not like a b*tch-
As far as your throat goes- you have mentioned if you also might have a fever?
Even a McDonalds drive-thru will be able to give you salt packets- so please try that with warm water- in the event that this is also impossible, and all your home meds are packed away and inaccessible, please just dress down (if there is a fever present), and then maybe use an ice pack- or any frozen good, on the outside of your throat for about 10 minutes every half hour or so- (You do not want to freeze anything important so do not fall asleep with this ice pack on)! This might help until you can get to your supplies.
Good Luck
God Bless

Hi. I understand. You are hurting and you just need some help. Try two things. First gargle lukewarm salt water frequently. That will kill the germs and hasten the end of the sore throat. In between gargles when it hurts, swallow a small spoonful of honey with a little lemon squeezed in it if you have it. Place an ice pack on the outside of your throat. That will calm the nerve endings a little.

Hi hun, i would suggest you gargle a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of salt every 3-4 hours and if you have a micro wave get a small towel and heat it to as hot as you can stand it and wrap it around your neck and chin area, will relax the throat, also a teaspoon of honey will help coat the throat, hope this helps, and hope you feel better real soon!!!

salt water, tea, there is some sprays and liquid meds, I also heard that allowing like an ibuprofen to dissolve on the back of your tongue and into your throat works but have never tried it.

Umm maybe a cough drop, or a cup of tea. Coughing it out makes it feel better but you will get tired of it.
