Neither one of your examples is correct. Be careful with your spelling:
You're probably not . . .
Keep the "probably" close to the "not" since that is the word it modifies. (You're not. You're probably not.) In this sentence "probably" is not modifying "you" or "you are" (you're), but "not."
Remember that "you're" means "you are." The apostrophe takes the place of the missing "a." "Your" means "belonging to you" as in "your shoes."
Also . . . the word in your question should be "supposed," and watch your "which."

The second way is correct. Remember to also change the "your" to "you're" since it is a contraction of the two words "you are."

stick with the second one and you will do just fine. probably not sounds a lot better.

it's actually you're probably not, y-o-u apostrophe r-e
but the modifier is fine either way. i would stick it closest to the second adverb, "not" just cause it's a little more clear there.
