If you don;t know the diff from free speech and dangerous actions, that could lead some nut case to try what he has seen on the tele, perhaps we all are in big doo doo. Try yelling fire in a crowded theater and see where you end up.

As you pointed out, there is a limit to free speech. You can't threaten the president, you can't yell "fire!" in a crowded theater, you can't slander, libel, or defame someone by making false claims about them, and you can't use obscenity around children. Free speech does not mean you can say anything you want - it only means you can say anything you want within reason.

First i'm proud of you and your service to this country , thenabout this free speech , I stongly disagree the way it has been taken these days , everyone thinks it means say what ever you want but it states very clearly we can speak our minds about anything so long as it does not interfere with the rights of others so when people march down the street and say white power and calling out racial slurs this effects the right of others or like you stated yelling fire in a crowded theater is just as much wrong thing to do we all have the same rights so long as they don't interfere with the rigths of others ,

Moonface are you referring to Asian ppl. How disrespectful can you be? If you in any way fought for this country and the freedom of speech of any ethnicity in this the U.S.A. they need to send you back to what ever infiltry you were in to learn how to refer to Asian Americans or any race for that matter. Have some class and realize your question was just plain beligerant after hearing the first word!

Keep Fighting.
A lot of people today want security and they place it above freedom.
It is better to be free than secure .
Take care!
God Bless America land of Liberty!
