Many people on this forum state that Christianity is a fraud
Many people on this forum also state Islam is a fraud
So, let's go back in time and address the question - what if there was no Jesus, no crucifixion, no resurrection, no Pentecost, no Pope, no Reformation, NOTHING. The world consisted of the Roman Empire, the Jewish religion ... and the advent of Islam in 622 WITHOUT Jesus as its prophet.

Where are the anti-Christian and anti-Muslim diehards? I'm postulating a question where you would live in a Jewish/Islam world with no Christianity.

Sister Goldenhair - you wouldn't be here to answer the question either but that made me laugh. This is a serious question to everyone else out there - creativity helps. Would it look like today's world? I don't know. Think about it.

gino_ggg - you are free to come up with another religion. Judaism and Islam are not organized religions - Judaism was more organized in antiquity but the Romans had corrupted it. You could assume that the Roman Empire adopted Islam or Judaism if it helps you.

Tofu_Jesus - you wouldn't be around to answer because you never existed to begin with.

dogzilla - in some Asian countries you are considered a delicacy where people eat your kind. Without Jesus - maybe you wouldn't be around because someone would have eaten you by now. Maybe you accept this as part of your dogma....

Dear floatingworld2 - no Jesus means that Saul of Tarsus never persecuted anyone. Christianity never existed - period. Go from there and resist making references to Christianity.

No Jesus also implies no New Testament - meaning that the World operated from the Judaic basis of the Old Testament. God would still exist per Judaic terms. I'm not seeing any creativity in these answers and I'm waiting for the real anti-Christian diehards to chime in. I'm not asking a trick question - if you're going to discount/deny/disparage Jesus - propose your model of the world without him.

Interesting question but not all that difficult if you really think about it. At one time, the earth was inhabited by just two individuals: Adam & Eve. Had they not sinned and rebelled against God, there would have been no reason to have his life transfered from the heavenly realm to offer a ransom sacrifice and regain what Adam had lost. So, take Jesus out of the equation and then we would have had what God originally intended: that being a perfect society of people living on a paradise Earth. Jesus would have remained in the heavens assisting his Father in governing human & angelkic affairs. There would have been no Satan & no corruption. The interesting thing is, God's purpose for the Earth has not changed. So, in short, the earth would be a paradise and humans would not have sinned. But, being Jesus' influence is prevalent on the Earth, it is he that will carry out that purpose until he "turns Over the kingdom back to the Father" (1 Cor 15:24-28) that being after Satan is abyssed and all wickedness finally removed.

The world would be EVER so much better if there were no religion of any kind! xtianity and izzyanity are probably the two worst, but basically all of them are not in the best interest of civilization.

Most of the wars have been inspired by religion, and a large percentage of the murderers will spout off about some religious inspiration that led them to do it.

Xtianity, like all religion is BAD!!

Technically there would probably be no Mohammad and qur'an since it was loosely based on biblical text to start with. I am pretty sure the world would not be here because we would still be under the Old Testament laws and that would mean we would still be at the mercy of God who, without the intervening grace given from Jesus, would probably have just wiped us out.

Then the world would probably be run by some other desert religion (since that seems to be the trend, desert religions ousting forest religions), is my best guess. It would be different, but not THAT different. Honestly, I can actually see how it could be worse. At least Jesus preached peace and love. I dig that.

John 3:17 - "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him." Therefore, Jesus is thinking... "I love you. I forgive you. Please allow me to be your salvation." Have a blessed day.

If Jesus had never been born, this world would be in a terrible state. Remember the Old Testament laws, requirements and punishments for sin?......HARSH! Thank God for Jesus!

Ah, but one must ask himself. Was Christianity built upon Jesus himself or the virtues he left behind? Do we depend on Jesus or the idea of Jesus? And therefore, does it really matter if he ever existed? Hasn't he served humanity just the same?

Basically the same, but with another savior and another religion.
Please ask this question to a amazonian Indian, with no contact with any "common" religions, and you can get a correct answer.
