Smile at him alot, kind of a small little smile not a toothy grin, just so he knows its for him, then look away and look back.Make eye contact so he definitely knows its him that makes you happy. Always greet him when you see him and give him the same smile. You can also talk to him you know? By the time you realize he is interested he may be chasing someone else, so keep his attention. Make sure you just ask him if he wants to go out for a cup of coffee or to shoot pool or something if he seems to be looking at you even more. Not sur eyour age, but if you are still in school, then ask if he wants to hang out with you at the movies or a football game. If he doesn't show interest, then you will know where it's going. But, by following the other things you should be ok. If you are older, and he's from work or something, casually ask his fav. color. then wear something that color and let him know you were thinking of him when you got dressed for the day.

If someone is being flirted with, trust me, they know it. Most like to let it stay that way for awhile. Some mind games are good, it brings up the anticipation, like it's foreplay to a relationship. not meaning it dirty.

just go with what feels natural. you can just go talk to him in a comfortable environment. i like this guy at my school and we look at each other a lot and one of my friends went and said that someone likes him and he knew it was me...and all we do is look at each other. nothing else has happened though...but i'd say sight is the strongest flirting tool.
