I LOVE God because He does everything for me. I place my life into His hands and I trust Him to always be there for me. So far He hasn't let me down and I know that He never will. Instead of praying the "same old prayers" trying praying from your heart. The Lord knows what you need before you even ask Him but he also listens to prayer that is sincere and from the heart. Having a bit of faith helps too. God is a loving and caring God. He is as close to you as your next breath. All you have to do welcome Him into your heart and trust and believe that He will do what you ask of Him according to His will.
God bless you friend.

Can you see? Breathe? Think? Talk? Do you have food to eat? Clothes? A place to live? God provides all we need. The rest is what we want. There's a big difference. We all want more, but it's not always what we truly need. I love God. I love his son Jesus. "For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 What more can we ask of God?

If you were able to ask this question, it means that God still does things for you, otherwise you wouldn't be here, talking to us, you would be dead already. The fact that you breathe means that He is still in control of your life. Now, get this bs out of here, get down on your knees and be thankful that you are alive.

If God doesn't do another thing for me, He has already done enough. If you wake up every morning with the activity of your limbs, and you have a roof over your head, and food to eat, what more could you ask for?

I did. Now I just don't care. My mother who dedicated her life to the church died a slow painful death in spite of people all over the world praying for her. That's when I lost my faith.

I think God is ambivalent about me, so I feel the same way about him.
