Here is an article about how to maintain your alpha position. It is very accurate and I have tried it. It works for dogs with possessive aggression, which is the type of aggression your dog is displaying.

Firstly - build up her confidence. Make sure there's a strong bond between you. Spend time stroking her, and concentrate on getting her to let you stroke her around her middle, or chest and rear end, depending on how you pick her up. Also, put your hand on her face near her mouth. Reward her every time she's good. Only do this, especially the putting your hand near her mouth, for a few seconds each time.
Work in 5-10 minute sessions, but don't spend too much time on the areas you need to concentrate on - I know that sounds weird, but that's where she's uncomfortable with you touching her, and you don't want to make her uncofortable, as that's when she'll bite you, and it'll take you back a few steps.
If she does bite you, yelp, to let her know it hurts. Then turn and completely ignore her for a couple of minutes. You could try holding her muzzle firmly, and saying "no", but it sounds like she's nervous aggressive, and if that's the case then she'll just get worse if she gets too scared.
You can train 2 or 3 times a day, but make sure she's in a calm mood at the time, and space the sessions out well. If she tells you she's had enough, leave it for at least an hour and a half, or until she calms down, before doing any more work. Make sure you keep up the sessions every day, so she doesn't forget.
I hope I've helped. Good luck!!!!!!!!

for her to tryto bite u when taking somthing out of her mouth is kinda natural but here is a solution to ur problem u must teach the dog that ur the alpha male or alpha female when u take somthing from her if she trys to bite u then hold her down then take the item from after ward hold her mouth shut. show her that if u want somthing from her u have every right to take it from her. make sure that if she lets u take somthing from her that u reward here for doing so.hope this helps and thats it :)
(P.S.) while hold the dog down or holding its mouth shut be very careful if u are not to rough this could cause the problem to grow rather than solving the problem be firm but not firm enough to cause the dog any harm.

did you adopt her from a shelter? it sounds like she has been mistreated before. train her slowly and patiently. pet her and praise her with treats. then move on to petting all over and getting closer to her. slowly you will be able to pick her up without her getting mad. train her every few days but only for 5-10min.

every time she attempts to bite hold her muzzle until she calms down and the entire time say "NO BITE" and say it like you mean it..it may take a while but if you stick with it, it should help.
