I don't get it even though I love my bf Eric everytime he says that he loves me I get this really cold shiver down my back. And it makes no sense cuz we used to say it all the time to each other.But now it freaks me out? What's wrong with me

I wish I understood and all my friends say I'm easy to figure out (guys) and I don't know but when he says it and I don't respond he can get umm......well kinda mean. I'm thirteen and he's fifteen I don't get why this is happening.

maybe after being with him for such a long time you are finally learning kinda what luv is... like what it means so now you are just kinda weirded out when he saays it altho u luv him but now kinda since you know more what of what it means to luv someone you just kinda your body reacts.... (i don't know if any of that made since but it made sense to me lol) hope i helped!!

Maybe your body is trying to tell you something or your trust in him and the relationship isn't as strong as it once was. Depending on how long you've both dated eachother, I'm not sure. That's kind of an important part of the question. So my advice is somewhat limited. But you probably need better communication to see where you both are and how your relationship is doing. Make sure you are both at the same place or want the same things. Maybe there's been a shift or things aren't balanced on both ends. He may feel like giving up on the relationship or feels completely different than you do and does love you just as much. You just need to talk to him and make sure the relationship is still where it needs to be.

Obviously you are reacting to something. I'm not saying you should dump the guy, but you do need to look at how he makes you feel and what could be triggering this reaction. Does he say he loves you and then his actions are different? Has he changed or have you? OR, are things getting more serious and you just aren't comfy with that? I always say that yellow flags pop up for something.

Is there any chance that it has nothing to do with him...or the relationship? Sometimes, people can start to feel like this because, although you love him, you may not love him the way you thought. You just may not be in love with him. You should sit down and think hard about that. I hope this helps.

It's probably because you're incredibly young. Feelings are more intense, due to changing levels of chemicals in your body, that frankly, your body isn't used to yet. If he's abusive, I'd get out of the relationship, and don't fall too much in love at this age. All it'll do is suck later.

cold shiver means he does not. it means to me it's a bad feeling. not saying it's true. but test the borders. be aware of any actions afterwards.

maybe you don't love him the same way as you used to!! you never know or maybe your body is telling you something like that you can't trust him and he doesn't really love you back!!

maybe it scares, you. if you've had an issue with trust or something you may just be thinking he's lying. if you get that feeling it probably isn't a good sign
