I remember a few years back working on business in Miami. They had this custom where someone would bring around Cuban coffee in the afternoons as a pick me up. It was super strong...people drank it in shot glasses not cups. It was really good and I miss it now that I am no longer there.

sounds like an over-extracted shot of espresso to me. . .super strong, but only about 2 oz. . .i'm assuming it had a little bit of a burnt bite to it?

I have tried cuban coffee only it was served to me in a little cup. It is super strong. matter of fact, it was too strong for me. they drink it black. I need plenty of milk and sugar....
