I understand how you feel, after your done with the anger, you feel very bad about the way you acted.
If you sense it's that bad, seek help, talk to some one, or perhaps even anger management, I know what your thinking, but it does help. I had a temper too, all my life I held in everything, till something would set off all I have build up within me, you have to learn to release the resentment, you need to talk to someone, get to the root and release it all, then you'll be able to at least control yourself.
Perhaps the degree of what your talking about isn't as bad as I am explaining.... I had to go through a lot in order to learn and release my resentment.
Don't forget prayer is a big part in the help:)

The only thing that you can do to get rid of a bad temper, is to first of all, make up your mind that you are going to put forth the effort to stop getting mad; even though it may be hard to do at first. And then also ask God to give you patience. But you must realize, that when you are trying to be patient, the devil is going to try and do everything possible, to cause you to get mad. But if you will just stop and think before you do so, it will get easier. A temper is very hard to overcome sometimes, but with the help of God, you can overcome every obstacle which Satan might bring against you. Just start repeating to yourself, and believing, "I can do all things through Christ Who is my strength." (Phil. 4:13) May God bless you.

To control your temper, simply take this problem to Jesus, pray for his intervention, and to be prayerful about it daily. Also walk with Jesus everyday, in word, in prayer, and in action. Put Christ first!
Put God at the top of your list. #1 that is where God belongs in our lives. Don't make room for God! Make God Your ALL! And let go!

If you have a godly wife, you have been most blessed.
I know what you mean, though. I prayed for a Christian gal, and God was good to me...I have a beautiful Christian lady in my life now.
Sometimes I could just...love her to death......

I have had bad habits to overcome just as we all do. I have found by helping other people you begin to have a different perspective of yourself and your own problems. Go to a place where people are poor and help out and then examine their problems and yours become insignificant.

Sodomy, huh? Tough addiction to break. I suggest putting clothspins on your sin-bat then dipping it in ice-water. It will help you overcome temptation.
