My best friend has been holding on to this girl for the last 4 years amd she wont move on. My friend was recently asked how can you push someone away that loves you soo much, yet you constantly chase a person that doesn't want you at all? She responds: See thats what I'm talking about, how come this other person I know don't understand that her boyfriend doesn't want to be with her?
So I wondered, for her to be in the position that she is, how can she give advice and not do anything about her own personal life?

it's always easier to see a situation from the outside. As a participant, you have too much of your own emotions and hopes coloring your perceptions. Lets face it, none of us get it right all the time.
