well i love this guy and want to married him some day but i cant have him coming always to visited me he will get sick of it and his job is important to him and he got no more days off what to do

If you think it will all work out great in the long run just ask him to marry you. Since hes an American citizen the American embassy will have to give you Visa due to marriage.
Just make sure to keep it a real marriage (The government or whatever keeps a serious eye out for Visa scams that people pull off nowadays...), but obviously that shouldn't be a problem since it's a real relationship.
