Beautiful stationery, specialty soaps or cremes, foot rub ointment, unusual bath salts, put together a scrapbook of favoritie people and places, a photograph of a beautiful natural landscape, a diary/or wishbook for the rest of her life,a carousel ride,a scrapbook of the whole family's baby pictures, a nature-sounds CD, a winter survival box of tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, crackers, fine chocolate and a plaid throw.....cozy slippers....

My grandma just turned 90, and I sent her an essay I'd written in school about what a living saint she was. She hadn't wanted any gifts, but she adored this. I don't think this lady would want any material things, except maybe a scarf or a nice sweater, but I think she'd love somethiong homemade.

My grams is 97 and I know how hard it is to buy for her!
I think it is best to go sentimental. Think of her favorite things. I make my gramma homemade caramel popcorn.
