I'd like to volunteer for general election (including initiatives and campaigns) somewhere close to downtown Seattle this month for at least 21hr; this is for school. If you have any contact information (person to contact, office's address and phone #), please tell me. I need it immediately. Thank you very much for your help~

well maybe you can go to the local Democrat / Republican headquarters. They are always needing people for the phone banks and various stuff.

the best thing to do is contact the board of elections, the phone number will be in the phone book, as this will give you an unbiased nonpartisian answer. it will allow to volunteer withou forcing you to listen to some view that you may find offensive or disagreeable like the previous shmuck who answer. trust me that is the guy who has proberly never even voted once in his life.

Maybe you would learn more by finding out on your own.
It is very simple to find out how.
Even a reasonless, fact-less, cut and run, white flag waving, anti-anything America, socialist, commie, Liberal piece of fecal matter could find out how.
Use you brain
