Well I sure hope it's okay cause I do it all the time!
Seriously, though, as long as it's just water, nothing can really happen, just keep the cap closed tight.

sure long as you didn't drink from the bottle. thats being bacteria from your mouth forms around the seal and can taint flavor, contaminate... (backwash too as they call it from sipping from bottles and minor saliva can get into the water supply making the water "less than prime".
4 days? why are drinking so little water? or do you get water from other sources ?
remember take it up a cople of pints a day or more.. :D
you like tepid water? it's the best for the body to be more warm than chilly but still a wee cool water is great.
also pour the contents into a glass and drink it.. it'll be tastier longer without bacterial buildup and that yucky "backwash" that's just an added tip for you.
just in case you drink from the bottle and let it sit.
the bubbles is oxygen.
anyways, chill it and enjoy more quantities of it from here on out?
that would be appreciated and your body would love it also.
but over all yes the water is ok.

BEWARE: bubbles forming in STANDING water are usually methane of some type. It is bacteria off-gassing. It takes a lot of bacteria to do this and can make you sick. Why do you think 2/3 of the world's main goal is to get clean water to people?

You should be fine, but remember that the germs from your mouth will get into your water, and could make you reinfect you with a virus, so throw out any water you miglht have sipped on while sick, replacing your toothbrush is a good idea too.

It is fine to drink as long as you keep the cap on it so nothing gets in it. But, you should drink more water than that! At lease one litre a day.

no, because wat happens is every time you take a sip from your bottle, a lil bit of your silvia goes back into the bottle. When left in room temperature (known as the danger zone between 140 and 40 degrees) bacteria grows at a very high rate.

1.5 liter bottle lasts a few days? You are headed for renal shutdown and a kidney transplant or at the very least uremic poisoning.

Not hardly, it's full of bacteria, among which are mold spores! Drink it if you like but it's very unsafe.
