God speaks infrequently out loud.
Mostly he speaks through his word.
Remember what Jesus said to Thomas.
Blessed are those who don't see, and believe.

Some of those "wonderful" experiences from the bible that you speak of weren't so wonderful. A couple of examples I can briefly state: Joseph was betrayed and left for dead by all his brothers out of their jelousy for him. Abraham was told that he has to sacrifice (litterally cut the throat of) his son to prove his devotion to God. Heck I can even think of Jesus saying your exact words to God: "Father, why hast thou forsaken me?" when he was crucified.
It wasn't that their experiences were wonderful but that through their faith, they were able to pull themselves out of their misery and eventually triumph over their misfortunes. the fact that you're seeking answers shows that you are proactive about solving your problems. Your answer can be summed up in one sentence:
God always helps people that prove that they're willing to help themselves.
Pray, if you believe and analyze your life if you're not religious, b/c ultimately it is your change that will lead to any positive changes that will come your way. See what some things you've done in the past that have lessened you as a person (drinking or smoking, pot, excessive spending etc.) Then take a good look at any people who might have brpught you down and kept you from improving your life (you probably know who they are) then take measures to lessen the bad and increase the good. God has given EVERYONE the ability to know right from wrong. It is up to us to tune into the right and tune out the wrong.
You WILL find your way to yourself and you'll think "why has God blessed me so much" and the answer will be because you decided to help yourself.
Wishing you the best in your journey to your authentic self...

My God, my God, how could this be, Oh why hast Thou forsaken me? It is a question we ask , when we have been through hard times. I have also asked that question. When we are down and out or if I have sunk to an all time low, this is what I have asked. Many times we walk in dark valley's and it seems like we are all alone. But we are not alone in the deep dark valley's. If I just looked up alittle , I can see sunshine . Up out of the deep , dark valley. It beckon's me to climb up and as I climb , the sunshine seems brighter. Then up on top, I see this glorious world and all the things God has given to me. I hope you get over that feeling . God Loves you. You just need to look up and see the sunshine, and get out of the valley your in. God Loves you equally. Think Positive. Take care and may God bless you, Always.

Have you given any thought to your life style? The way you live
your everyday life? I can speak from personal experince on that
subject.for many years I was a drug abuser,a drunkard and a
generally morally unacceptable person.Well I had to give most of
that debauched life style up because of health problems.well guess
what happened...nothing changed for the better.no, I still felt like
"a ------- son to him" but why?I actually contemplated suicide, and
felt that I would be better off dead. Then I thought about my mother
she was faithful to Jehovah God until the day she died.I had stud-
ied with her on and off over the years, and I truly thought that they
were right on alot of things. But I did'nt want to commit to that
life style because I felt it was to restrictive.I was truly lower than
a snakes belly and felt no hope.I kept getting the feeling tho.that
I should call the witnesses and start a Bible study. It was tough at
first. but once you start learning Bible truths and the wonderful
hope for obiedient man kind, you want to shout it from the roof
tops.Well I still have my physical problems and am sick often,I
feel just wonderful in spirit, Because I know that Jehovah called
me.and Ive got to say I feel the best I ever have in my whole life.
Isa.42:8."I am Jehovah. That is my name, and to no one else
shall I give My glory, neither my praise to graven images."also
see PS.83:18--Isa12:2-26:4--EX.6:3--Rom.10:13-"For everyone
who calls on the NAME of Jehovah will be saved..hope this is of
some help..........

Yes God loves everyone but you may not be ready. Or there is a reason for him not talking to you. Pray and ask for wisdom. In the bible it says that if you ask for wisdom he will give it to you. I hope your not looking for a deep voice saying I am here my child. lol He has ways of talking to you and showing signs. He forsaken Job just to see if he would praise him through all the hardships.

those words and writeings arent history but a glorifacation of effents and beliefs that in the writeings hopefully will give purpose to future and present day liveing and serveing of god and fellow man . you are just as important to god as any figure that is in that book i assure you because in creation of us he knows no favorite . only we seperate ourselves from god not him . god loves all of us even atheists and mass murders . we have total choice and freedom and sometimes we get lost in this and think god dosent care or hes not real . ive had everything in my life removed lately and im tempted to think that god has forsaken me but i know better this is called the power of faith and i come by it threw him . i advise you to take next few days to go walk amoungst gods creations like woods or a local park stop and look at the helpless birds and animals that should feel more forsaken than us but yet they are happy with struggle of life and thrive on it . prey to youself for god to pick your heart up because its been dropped and your saddend by this . youll get your answer soon i promise good luck

You don't say whether you are a believer or not.
God does not forsake His children.
More often, His children forsake Him.
Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

I think King David expressed this better than anyone when he was moved to say " Yea,though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.I will fear no evil ;for thou art with me ; thy rod ( Jesus) and thy staff ( Holy Spirit ) they comfort me." The valley is not a good place, especially the valley of death.Even the table was prepared in the presents of his enemy. But he had a vision that carried him through to the end for even his children found mercy because of their father David. Please I beg you don't give up .This is a time for you to grow more than you ever thought possible.Pour yourself into your Bible,Prayer, and your Brothers and Sisters in the Lord.He has promised us to never leave us nor forsake us.

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was
walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the
sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he
noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one
belonging to him, and the other to the Lord. When
the last scene of his life flashed before him, he
looked back at the footprints in the sand. He
noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed
that it happened at the very lowest and saddest
times in his life. This really bothered him and he
questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, You said that
once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all
the way. But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life, there is only one set
of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed
you most you would leave me." The Lord replied,
"My son, My precious child, I love you and I would
never leave you. During your times of trial and
suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it
was then that I Carried You."
He is always with you.

God has not forsaken you, even though it may feel that way. Read about Paul in the bible and his troubles. God helped him, he will help you. God cares for the birds and fish, he surely cares for you as well. Do not despair, look for opportunities, don't dwell on misfortunes.

Quite often God speaks to people when he needs someone to help him on earth. Often these people have been great suffering or they end up suffering greatly for the cause of that which God so chooses to use that person as an agent for change hopefully for the better. Once long ago I met a young man and spoke to him about God. I had been taught by a church to see God as a father like figure but this very new to God enlightened young man said to me I went to the woods and saw God in everything that was good. We are that which seeks to enter the domain of God and become a part of the Body spirit enlightenment of God. This is not God's realm here on earth it is the middle grounds or proving grounds. It rains upon all of us both good and bad. We also to some lesser or greater extent create our own existance and being here and now. For a long time after seeing a few miracles I thought now if God can do this why doesn't God do more. But it is not that easy because in affecting one thing God may upset the balances of things such that things become worse for many. What bothers me most is the people who pray to God for miracles and go to church such that they are blessed but they do not follow the way well. But I know a man who found God and began a ministry after being a drug dealer. But he had a weakness for beautiful young women who found him attractive especially in the prison ministry he started such that eventually when he was scuba diving he had a terrible accident to where he was expected to die. When he recovered he saw that the only person there the entire time caring for him was his very good wife who had cared for his crippled disabled son also. Now one would say that is punishment from God but it was not that was separation from God and his angels who protected him from harm because he was unfaithful with his wife, his commitment to his marriage and his responsibilities of his family with other women who persued him who had serious problems. For this reason he has seen the error of his ways and has quit his prison ministry because he is afraid of the temptation of such women possibly only his wife engages in this still. He was fortunate he lived. I remember we all prayed for him so possibly God intervened but in the moment he separated himself from God he had an accident.
We all see it as an act of separation from God.
Right now I think God is very busy with very big and very real problems in this world. Rather than look for your own miracle why not create one for a poor person take them Christmas in an old folks home or give them food on the street and be God to them rather than wait to go to Heaven to join God be a little bit of what is good about this world and God here on earth. It will do you some good and make you feel good. Find a charity to join and you will feel good it helps me but sometimes I got grumbling to feel so much better afterwards. I have health problems but I still do charitable works when I can a bit cranky at times but it helps me feel better and gets my mind off my aches and pains.
