The general rule of thumb is 20 minutes a pound. Check it at 45 minutes though.
Spanish Meatloaf
Serves 6
1-1/2 lb Ground Beef, lean
1 (5.5 oz envelope) Wyler's ''Hearty Beef Stew'' Soup Starter
1 (8 oz bag) Mexican Style Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz can) Diced Green Chili Peppers
1 (14-1/2 oz can) Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 Cup BBQ Sauce (recommended: Kraft Carb Well)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF
In a large bowl add the soup starter, diced green chili peppers, and the diced tomatoes; mix until the liquid is absorbed. Add the ground beef and BBQ sauce and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Place 1/2 of the mixture in a loaf pan, making a well in the meat, top evenly with the cheese and place the remainder of the meat mixture on top to seal.
Bake for 45 minutes; drain any residual fat if necessary.
Place the meatloaf on a warmed serving platter and serve immediately. Serve with mixed vegetables or a salad.

Some people say 15 minutes a pound i prefer 20 minutes a pound or one full hour plus . Cut it in half after 45 minutes see if it's bloody if it's not drying out go for the next 15 minutes then check it again after one hour. Then if it's still not drying out a bit and you like a real crisp brown outside give it the extra 10 or 15 minutes. You don't want the inside to be bloody.

About 1 hr 15 mins and then check it with a meat thermometer. Ground beef must be cooked until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F to ensure that dangerous bacteria are destroyed. That'll be 5-cents, please.

Until it's done. Depending on how rare you want it, 140-160 degrees internal temperature, as measured by a meat thermometer.

I cover mine tightly, and cook it for 1 1/4 hours, then spoon the fat off, some times I just hold the loaf and just drain it into a can. then I put the toppings on , catsup, or brown sugar, some use mustard

About 30 to 45 minutes and let it "rest" before serving. The heat from within (carryover cooking) will make it dry out if you leave it in the oven longer. This will vary depending on how much moisture the ground beef has and how much you have added.
Instead of 10 points, how 'bout sharing? I love meat loaf with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans and dinner rolls and iced tea. Ahhh.
