Clean the kitchen regularly. Don't leave any fresh fruit or vegetables out, keep them in the fridge. Keep any garbage in a sealed container and wash the container thoroughly once a week.

they look a little bad, but they still sell "fly strips" You hang them from the ceiling maybe even tempt them with some old fruit! Hang it just above where they hang out. After a week or so--change them if they get filled up hopefully the problem will be gone.

if you have any type of fruit in a bowl exposed, you need to cover it or put in your frig. tomatoes also cause fruit flies. if not ripe, put in a brown bag to ripen then in to frig. betty boop

open up your windows, turn on your ceiling fan, etc. Found out wat the source is? where are they coming from? Fruits and vegetables left out, can attract them.
