Because they have evolved in those conditions. If deep sea creatures were to come to the surface of the water, they would die from the lack of pressure.

For the same reason that we aren't crushed by the 14.7 lbs/in² pressure on us. Their internal pressure is the same as the water pressure.

And, if you've ever seen what happens to something that's brought up from a few thousand feet down.........

Because their bodies have the same pressure as the water.
If you pull them up from the deep water too quickly they literally explode.

their internal body pressure has equal as sea bottom pressure. but whales dive hundreds of meters even if I remember correctly one camera with sensor recorded one whale dive as 2200 meters deep on discovery. This means many ocean animals should have certain very advanced repressurizing body system.
