no u cannot get cancer from someone by kissing them lol....u can have sex with them and not get it dont worry ur safe.....but maybe u should limit ur emotions for them since they have cancer u know.

No cancer is not contagious. It is a change of cells in your body and can not be passed from person to person otherwise all of those who are a relativeor a partner of people who have had cancer would also have it.

If you kiss a girl who has HPV, which can cause cervical cancer on her, um, other lips you might be able to catch it.
