It's called beastiality, and some people get their thrills that way. Needless to say, it's generally considered a perversion by most psychiatrists.
Get rid of the cleaning person, and whenever your pup starts to sniff someone or act inappropriately, firmly correct him. The dog has a short memory, and after a few corrections, it should relearn appropriate behavior.
I don't think the act is illegal, but you may want to check with the police and see what they say. They may want to keep an eye on the woman in case she's into other inappropriate behavior with children or animals.
I'd also notify the agency she works for right away. They DEFINITELY need to know since their license (state bond, etc.) is on the line.

Okay.. that's disturbing. I don't know what I would do if that ever happened to me. Hopefully you've fired this sexually retarded cleaning person you have. Honestly.. who goes to someone's house to clean and do their job and ends up gettin' down with the dog. You only hear this kinda stuff when the maid has an affair with the husband or something.. but the dog? I would even go so far as to put the dog up for sale. Who wants kisses from a pup thats licked ur cleaning person's crotch?! gross. I suggest getting rid of both and going to a psychologist or something.. if i were you i really would not know what to do with myself. goodluck..
by the way.. animals really do this kind of stuff. people make animal porn all the time, as sick as it is...

If you're really serious, okay. Fire the cleaning person immediately. The animal was simply following instinct and scent and won't be harmed by the experience. I need to know if this is a male or female animal - I can give you more advice. You said "pup" , how old?

I agree with the others that it won't have harmed your dog in any way. You can't really train dogs out of being interested in peoples crotches, though it can be very embarrasing when you're out on a walk, and a dog insists on making it obvious that it's a certain time of the month!!! I take it the cleaning lady was wanting the dog to do it - i.e. he didn't knock her over or anything. She sounds like a sick person really. I hope this experience hasn't made you lose faith in humanity - there are those out there who you can trust to look after your home and family, including pets.

Fire the cleaning person, first of all. Some people have strange desires, but she shouldn't be putting your dog into that sort of thing. I would also report her to the spca if you have one, or humane society, so she won't be given a dog at the shelter. Dogs don't know the difference, but the person DID.

I totally agree with wolfblayde. I would also call your vet and ask if there is anything transmissible to your dog. Don't be embarrassed about asking. Believe me. We get some really strange questions. The doctors will do their best to answer you.
This kind of person is the sickest on earth.

Well it is illegal so you could contact the police and SPCA. I'd make it so this person can't even get a job picking up trash with tweezers on the street. If someone did that to my dog all heck would break loose and they would never forget the lesson they learned...

You may want to confront the cleaning person. I do not think it will damage the dog physiologically.
