Seriously, though, Just because someone is a bit challenged, doesn't mean he doesn't deserve an intelligent woman, and I'm sure there are some truly genuine ones out there that are not so shallow.
If he's too afraid to try that, try www.cheaters.com. Have you ever seen that show? Now there you will find some of the most low IQ people in the country. And they have a dating service.

He could use any of the personal ads like Yahoo, e-harmony, match.com, As long as he's honest AND posts a picture, I'm sure there are a lot of woman in his same situation, What about in the community? sometimes they have dances for "special needs" people? or maybe even other employees where you work? My mom works at a store that hires a lot of mentally challenged people, and several have become very close! That is VERY sweet of you to be concerned, Bravo to you!

I would recommend going to the Jerry Springer show. His I.Q. could be equal to what he might find there. If he finds the 19 year old with 12 kids by 12 different fathers who's husband just left her for her 1 legged 5'2", 420 Lb. half sister who is a man hater during the day and hooker by night, I wish him well.

Most of the people who go to dating sites have something wrong with them that is why they meet people online. Just go to a regular site and he will be fine.

You could suggest various non-profit social services (United Way, Easter Seals, etc.) and inform your friend of social events that those organizations provide; getting him out to meet people is a first step.

I would not recommend putting his profile online---too many people who would try to take advantage of him......if he got a low IQ it'll be hard to find someone else with a low IQ. You might want to try Goodwill. They take care of people with low IQ's....
