It depends upon what size, and just how good is good. In the US, Wal-mart has nice 20 inch TV's around $100, smaller ones even cheaper; bigger ones of course priced higher.

In the winter, we bought a nice 20inch TV for around $108 and took it to our house in rural Mexico. Here everyone has such big, expensive TV's, a 20 incher seems small, but in our village in Mexico, it is really nice with a good picture.

The one we had before was an old B&W which cost us around $35, so this one is really good by comparison.
