There eare so many exercises you can do, I'll give you some to start you out...

1. Walking lunges- Hold a dumbbell in each hand, take giant steps sinking down with each stride but keeping good posture and not letting those knees drift in front of your toes.Do about ten strides to start. You will choose a weight that pulls you down a little but not too heavy that you lose balance and wobble.

2.Put the weights down. Lower into a squat, pause at the bottom, now in one fluid movement, swing your arms up and jump as high as you can 10 times. MAke this jump very powerful and land lightly on your forefoot, knees slightly bent, and then down onto your heels in a soft landing.

3. Rest 90 seconds. Do these two things again.

4. Now pick up some lighter weights and rest them at your waist and walk in side squats, 5 times leading with the right leg then turn and lead with the left leg.

5. Put the weights down. lay something down that is flat and about a foot wide. maybe a small towel. Jump over it side to side trying to bring your legs up in a tuck towards your stomach. LAND LIGHTLY,KNEES SLIGHTLY BENT,

6. Rest 90 seconds, do it again.

that is enough for starting out. On another day, BUT NOT THE NEXT DAY, find a gym floor or a baseball diamond and each length do high skipping, side shuffling left leg first, side shuffling right side first, then run backwards. Jog first a couple of times around before you start, then about three loops of these drills, rest a couple of minutes by walking to the left outfield, sprint to pitcher's mound, walk to center outfield, sprint to pitcher's mound, walk to right outfield, sprint to pitcher's mound, jog a couple of times around the bases to cool down.

these workouts are hard, but will get results...if you are unsure of the proper form for any of this, see a professional exercise coach or trainer.

There is a pair of shoes that actually can help you develop the muscles that can help you jump higher, but I don't know who makes them etc. But you should exercise your leg muscles and keep practicing.
