Stand against a table and do leg lifts pull knees toward belly and stretch out legs back as far as possible and feel the butt get tighter, this will tone up butt fast,
Try at least 50 every other day.

I use the stairmaster for about 20 minutes 2-3 times a week at the gym. My butt is looking better every week. But if you can't do that, I suggest squats. That will help with the legs too.

ride a bike alot! my butt is very firm and muscular, not to sound queer or anything.... i ride about 10miles a day over hilly terrain. the only problem is getting it tan...

lunges are killers. and the wall sit ( stand with your back against the wall and lower yourself while pretending you are sitting on a chair , so you are in a "h" shape. then hold it for as long as you can, rest, and repeat.
