At the age of 14, businesses, including McDonalds, won't hire you. You should consider offering a service to people. You charge a fee for the services you offer.
I had a 13 year old neighbor who cleaned grease traps for people in the building we lived in.
What do you know how to do? Can you fix things? Can you teach people to do something?
What help do the people in your neighborhood need?
Senior citizens may be willing to pay you to mow the lawn, wash windows, or grocery shop for them.
Busy families may be willing to pay you to walk the dog, babysit children, or wash the car.
Here is a list to get you started:
wash cars
walk dogs
shovel snow
babysit
pet sit
run errands: take mail to the post office, get something at the store, return books to the library,
clean houses, garages, basements
set up computers
fix computer problems
tutor children
teach juggling or skateboarding or a skill you have.
shine shoes
rake leaves

What exactly is the question here? Are you asking where you could get a job? Well with your experience and age, I would say something like McDonald's or some fast food place.
