Not according to science.That whole grapefruit and citric acid thing was DESTROYED by science in the begining of the 90s.The acids in citrus fruits can in no way metabolize fat.Eating less calories than you burn and controlling your blood sugar are beneficial(also according to science).Your best bet is to eat right and exercise regularly.Honestly,do you think you would find limes on the shelf in the stores if there was any truth to this.Ofcourse you wouldn't because EVERYONE would know this and supplement companies would be buying out the market.Anyone who answers yes to this question should provide a link to a real clinical article,not just a testimonial or editorial.E mail it to me as well.I don't need to lose weight but it would come as quite a shock.Lipase is the fat splitting enzyme and it lies on the other side of the PH scale in comparison to citric acid.

I don't see how sniffing fruit is going to help with weight loss. The only thing that helps you lose weight it proper diet, regular exercise, and water.
