The other day as I was leaving the store I reached in my bag and pulled out my peanut butter and chocolate pumpkin candy and opened it. My mom had saw a yard sale and decided to stop and I had already opened my candy so I told her I would wait in the car and by the time I looked back down at my piece of candy on my lap it was melted. So that’s when I began to think if this piece of candy can melt so fast than how come we can’t melt the weight that we gain from things like this so fast? It wasn’t even hot and we just left the store!

These are compund substances which have to be digested and sorted by the various functions of the body. Of course the candy bar doesn't stay in our body as the full bar either. You can't see it but quite similar to the sun, our own use of energy can absolve the candy bar also. Your opportunity to see the sun melt the candy bar gives you an example of why we need to use our energy to stay fit and keep off unwanted pounds! Think of it as a class in the field.

Well higher temperature should do it,like if u throw yourself in fire,u will probably melt aswell, like the fatt melts from a sausege when its over fire, after a couple min it gets smaller. and dont take it as abuse, becouse its only a tip.(i mean sauna ofcourse, thats the same effect)
