Hmm, for a jacket? Well, depends whether you want it on the front or the back. "Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time!" is great for T-shirts, so would work well on the front, but "Brave Sir Robin ran away" might do better on the back.
If you prefer something a little obscure, to mark you out as a true Pythonite, I like "No, not the curtains, lad" or "So if she weighs the same as a duck, she's made of wood" - or if you're a bit of a revolutionary peasant yourself, how about "Help! Help! I'm being repressed!"
There's always "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries", but I don't know if you've got the physique to back that one up...
Of course, if it's a windcheater and you don't mind the language, "Look, you stupid bastard, you've got no arms left" would be particularly witty.

Sorry I can't be of any help but that was one of my all time favorite movies which I haven't seen in many years.
Wasn't there something about a rabbit that attacked someone - I remember something like that and I'm not even sure if it was in that movie.
