Primary Lateral Sclerosis
Rare progressive neuromuscular condition.

Primary lateral sclerosis (PLS) is a rare neuromuscular disease characterized by progressive muscle weakness in the voluntary muscles. PLS belongs to a group of disorders known as motor neuron diseases. Motor neuron diseases develop when the nerve cells that control voluntary muscle movement degenerate and die, causing weakness in the muscles they control.

Symptoms of Primary Lateral Sclerosis:
Progressive muscle weakness
Balance difficulty
Leg weakness
Leg stiffness
Clumsiness
Spasticity - in the hands, feet, or legs
Slowness of movement
Stiffness of movement
Dragging of the feet
Inability to walk
Facial muscle weakness
Tongue weakness
Dysarthria (poorly articulated speech)

PLS is the term for a group of upper motor neuron disorders that cause cause progressive spasticity (stiffness) and weakness in the legs, arms, and speech and swallowing muscles. See PLS. Also considered a benign variant of ALS.

I believe that every woman has the right to choose what goes on with her body. If, for whatever reason, she feels it necessary to terminate her pregnancy, that is her choice. No other person, especially the gov., has a right to tell her otherwise. It is her right to terminate a pregnancy just as it is her right to go through with one.
